Carrier Experience:
Focus on the carrier and driver app experience
Drive growth (top of funnel, onboarding, and first booking)
Engagement (search and discovery, on-trip experience, and retention)
Develop long-term relationships and key partnerships with strategic entities in the market (i.e. government, General Authorities for Roads, etc.)
Drive the growth of the business
Build for scale throughout the organization in terms of team structure
Manage a team of sharp, motivated, and hardworking individuals
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Logistics/Supply Chain/Transportation Management.
3 + years proven success in a similar role encompassing leading operations/logistics, management consulting, investment banking, start-ups, leading diverse teams, developing procedures, optimizing systems, and achieving benchmark operational goals.
Proficiencies:
A passion for logistics and freight, growing and developing your team, organizational success, and the overall goals of a trucking/logistics marketplace.
Data-driven mentality and strong business judgment.
Analytical thinking - able to roll up your sleeves and analyse the data and pull key insights for your team.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills - able to communicate and listen effectively with great written, verbal and presentation skills.
Leadership by example - able to motivate, inspire and create an inclusive and positive work environment for all.
