About the role

TruKKer Operation Specialists are responsible for coordinating on-ground operational procedures between business units and the Commercial team

The key roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for managing the flow of work and optimize operational activities
  • Track and analyze various reports such as expenses sheets, delay statements, etc. and communicate the same with the Account Managers
  • Receive the job order from the client/ CRM
  • Confirm the ability and availability of order execution
  • Major coordinator between the Commercial team and the various business units to receive constant updates throughout the execution process
  • Update the system with the relevant status changes and notify the client accordingly as per the company’s standard Service Level Agreement
  • Maintain good relations with key persons inside the co. whether Headquarter or Business units and perform good networking inside the ports (Marine) to be able to utilize own connections to facilitate work whenever needed
  • Participate in the market intelligence development
  • Abide to the company’s rules and regulations and ensure compliance to individual accounts’ Service Level Agreements (SLA)

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree is a must
  • +2 year in similar position in the field of (Logistics – Trucking )
  • Have deep knowledge of the Marine (port operations)
  • Advanced Computer Skills (MS Office)
  • Well organized & can Perform multi tasks
  • Exceptional time management, verbal and written communication skills
  • Good Command of English
  • Problem Solver
