About the role
Ops compliance & Process Manager is responsible for making sure that the Ops teams comply with the company's rules and regulations and makes sure every Ops team member abides to the Company's standard operating procedures.
The key roles and responsibilities will include:
- Evaluate existing business processes
- Create documentation outlining process improvement
- Manage improvement teams and implementation processes
- Conduct ongoing analysis
- Update department procedures and policies
- Ensure successful deployment of company's applications and software
- Audit the timely implementation of business processes on system
- Audit the accuracy of system usage and the accuracy of data on our database
- Ensure implementation of internal Service level agreements
- Ensure successful implementation of specific client's Service Level Agreements (SLA's)
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree is a must
- +10 years at least in the field of (Logistics – Trucking Operation).
- +5 years in managerial position
- Advanced Computer Skills (MS Office)
- Well organized & can Perform multi tasks
- Exceptional time management skills
- Advanced communication & presentation skills
- Advanced leadership and managing team performance skills
- Result oriented.
- Excellent Command of English
