About the role

TruKKer Fleet specialist develops and maintains carrier relationships by utilizing their assets through the TruKKer client portfolio of clients and loads. This role serves in a sourcing and onboarding capacity and communicates with carriers, fleet owners and drivers and communicates with CRM and operations teams. Responsible for building and maintaining TruKKer’s carrier relationships, assessing fleet owners’ needs and building trust with a network of drivers to achieves targets and company goals across the assigned geography.

The key roles and responsibilities will include:

• Collect, review and validate data provided by field dispatchers
• Ensure the fleet team adheres to applicable laws and regulations
• Record and insert Trucks/vehicle data on System
• Receive job orders submitted by CRM’s via Dashboard
• Coordinate with field dispatchers to confirm the ability to supply requested trucks via dashboard
• Assign appropriate truck/ driver to running job orders via Dashboard
• Perform periodic reviews to the company’s registered vehicles/ trucks to ensure validity of all held licenses and prepare a list to fleet field dispatchers of all expired licenses
• Regularly work on developing procedures & maximize vehicles usage, cut expenses, and minimize mistakes
• Negotiate with drivers, truck owners and contractors to resolve disputes about tuck tariffs, delay fees, etc.
• Support field dispatchers with own network to provide supply of trucks when an on ground deficit happens or during high season peak times
• Coordinate with drivers/ dispatchers to follow up running job orders and communicate the status update with the Operations & CRM teams
• Provide periodic statements to clients summing up his account performance over a certain period of time; enabling both parties to evaluate the relation. As for the client he would know all costs & expenses/ savings/ prices/ volumes he achieved with us and for us (Trukker) we shall be able to improve our business relation and enhance the service levels we provide

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree is a must
• +2 year in similar position in the field of (Logistics – Trucking )
• Advanced Computer Skills (MS Office)
• Well organized & can Perform multi tasks
• Exceptional time management, verbal and written communication skills
• Good Command of English
• Have data bank of trucks owners/providers
